Mit dem neuen Rotwein pr\u00e4sentiert das Weingut eine charaktervolle Assemblage aus sieben Rebsorten: Marselan (35%), Cabernet Franc (24%), Cabernet Sauvignon (11 ), Nero d\u2019Avola (9%), Syrah (8%), Sangiovese (8%) und Carmen\u00e8re (5%).<\/p>\n<p>Die biologisch angebauten Trauben werden von Hand gelesen. Anschliessend reift der Wein w\u00e4hrend zw\u00f6lf Monaten in franz\u00f6sischen Barriques, wo er seine Struktur und aromatische Tiefe entwickelt.
