Berlucchi Winery of the Year 2022
Unser Franciacorta-Hersteller Berlucchi wurde vom italienischen Weinführer Gambero Rosso zur Winery of the Year 2022 erkoren.
Die Besitzer-Familie Ziliani schreibt dazu: An ambitious result, made even more significant because it comes in the year that marks the 60th anniversary of that very first bottle of Franciacorta, which sets us on this exciting and demanding path.
This award celebrates the care that everyone puts into their work: all together, WE ARE the Winery of the Year! We have been recognised for achieving the height of excellence not only for our wines - the undisputed quality of which is confirmed again this year by the three glasses awarded by Gambero Rosso to our '61 Franciacorta Nature 2014 - but for our work in its entirety!

Gegründet 1955 | Familienbesitz, geführt von Franco Ziliani | 650 Hektar Rebfläche | Bestockt mit Chardonnay und Pinot Nero
Ganz am Anfang stand die Frage: Und wenn wir einen Schaumwein produzieren, genau wie die Franzosen? Genau das fragte 1955 der junge Franco Ziliani den italienischen Edel-Winzer Guido Berlucchi, der eigentlich einen Berater für seinen Pinot del Castello suchte. Stattdessen fand dieser in Ziliani einen Partner für das Abenteuer seines Lebens. Die Zusammenarbeit führte zur Erschaffung des Franciacorta, der von Berlucchi zum ersten Mal 1961 abgefüllt wurde. Noch heute ziert die Zahl 61 die Flaschen des Hauses und gemahnt damit an die Stunde der Geburt.
